Monark Weddings is operated by Monark Media, LLC, based in New Jersey, USA. This policy explains the Monark Weddings website, its films and the inquiry route. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@monark.media.
Website and films
Wix hosts this website and delivers its Wix-hosted images, video and audio. Loading the site and playing that media sends the technical requests needed to deliver it to Wix and its delivery providers. Some films and collection samples use other services, described below. The homepage film does not require optional analytics or marketing-cookie consent. Choosing sound and playback remains under your control.
Your cookie choices
Usercentrics for Wix presents cookie choices and remembers your preferences. You can accept, decline or choose optional categories, and change that choice later through Cookie settings. Essential website delivery remains separate from optional analytics and marketing. If a browser or network blocks the consent service, its controls may be unavailable; this does not mean optional consent has been granted.
Inquiries
Our Contact page includes an embedded HoneyBook inquiry form. It asks for the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, event date, filming location or venue, budget, referral source, collection interest and optional preferences or notes. We use inquiries to discuss availability and the services you request. The form displays reCAPTCHA and text-message notices; review them before submitting. If the form is unavailable, the Contact page also provides an email link to info@monark.media. No inquiry is submitted by visiting this Privacy page.
Embedded and linked services
HoneyBook provides the embedded inquiry form. Some wedding films and Investment samples use external video or gallery providers, including YouTube and VidFlow. External film, gallery and social links may also open other websites. These services have their own privacy notices and may use different cookie settings from this website. Review the relevant service's notices before providing information or using its content.
Records and requests
Inquiries are stored in HoneyBook. A fixed automatic deletion schedule for unsuccessful inquiries is not currently in operation. Retention depends on the record and any continuing business, contractual or legal need. Contact info@monark.media to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Identity and applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be checked before a request can be fulfilled.
